www.completeadviser.com will help you to manage your time more effectively, allowing you to relax, and concentrate on other areas of your busy life.
Our Independence
We rate funds and products irrespective of how they are distributed. We are not tied like many supermarket or best buy lists to advertisers or providers. You pay a fee to us to ensure you get Best Advice and there is no third party commission or advertising linked to this.
Our IFA advisers
Finding a local adviser is relatively easy. Finding a truly independent higher quality adviser is more difficult. The adviser that overseas your advice (excluding insurance and mortgages) will have a Level B qualification for that advice and your adviser will state what his/her qualifications are.
Our advisers combined, for example, have all basic Level A qualifications and the following higher Level B (including Level A mortgage qualifications):
- AFPC - Advanced Financial Planning Certificate (CII) Level B qualification
- G10 - Taxation and Trusts (CII) Level B qualification
- G20 - Personal Investment Planning (CII) Level B qualification
- G60 - Pensions (CII) Level B qualification
- J03 - The tax and legal aspects of business (CII) Level B qualification
- IMC - Investment Management Certificate (UKSIP) Level A qualification
- J06 - Investment principles, markets and environment (CII) Level B qualification
- AF4 - Investment Planning (CII) Level B qualification
- CeLM - Certificate in Lifetime Mortgages (IFS) Level A qualification
- CeMAP - Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (IFS) Level A qualification
- Dip PFS - Personal Finance Society Diploma (PFS) Level B designation
Our advice service is provided by UK financial adviser Aisa Direct Ltd, an independent financial adviser authorised and regulated by the FSA. This service is for UK nationals in the UK or non-UK nationals moving to or living in the UK.
What we are (or do):
We are financially sound
We have built the company together over a period of years and we have a solid and reliable base level of earnings that ensures that we cannot go bust even if new business reduces. This further ensures that we are not desperate for new business or a sale at any cost. We do not sell!
Treating Customers Fairly
To some companies this is a buzzword. To us it is simple, treat others (you) the way we would expect to be treated and provide a full on-line facility for future reference.

Fixed Fee Advice – Our advice level is selected by you and you pay a fee. We do not accept commission for our advice on investment or pension business. Protection business due to market forces is still largely done on a commission basis but we do offer fee alternatives.
Never Had A Complaint
Aisa always learns from any comments or points made by clients, and we have never received a complaint that had grounds, about the advice that we have offered any client. What you may feel quite an achievement we never take for granted.
BBC TV - We have provided advice and information to programmes like ‘Working Lunch’.
Newspapers and Magazines
We have in the past written articles and had many interviews with journalists for our views with many National and Regional publications (stored in our office), but this started taking us away from you, our clients, so none of the advisers now do this anymore.
Our website
The Aisa Direct website (www.completeadviser.com) is dedicated to providing a low cost service for clients who are clear about the products and services they want, with some specific financial advice.
Without the overheads and costs associated with the provision of face to face advice, we are able to forego most of the commission paid by product providers, which means that we can add value by enhancing the terms of the products our clients require.
We pride ourselves on offering the most competitive terms on a range of financial products. We recognise of course that we aren't infallible in our efforts to do this, so if you do find a more competitive offer elsewhere, or have a suggestion or request for a product or service not currently on our site, then please do let us know.
What we are not (or do not do):
We are not a one man band or husband/wife team
We are a professional team of highly qualified advisers who have different areas of expertise who work together to obtain the best solution. If one of us dies or moves on, then the company does not stop, and advice continues.
We do not enter easy awards
We concentrate on our clients and the advice they require whilst continually updating our own advice. We have been featured in books, newspapers and magazines but all that without trying. At the beginning of 2009 we entered our first 2 awards, one for Money Management and one for Money Marketing. It resulted in us being finalists in both. The key though is "The only award we want is your business."
We are not an IFA tied to only IFA products
Nope – we concentrate on best advice irrespective of their distribution method (so you may find banks or other third party products featuring here, which you will not see in other IFA lists).
We are not a money supermarket list
Nope – we rate our products using our own systems and tests which are shown on each list.
