Introductory Promotion Conditions
- Aisa Direct (www.completeadviser.com) aim to make no earnings from this one-off offer. However there is an administration charge for the work done in collating and returning payments. This charge is £25 each time a rebate is requested (subject to 8).
- The total maximum value of investments/pensions transferred per individual is £300,000. For amounts greater than this then please contact us on 0845 838 7279
- Individuals only may apply. We do not accept group or corporate business.
- We do accept couples (Definition: either married or official civil partnerships).
- This service is not available to ‘Wealth Management clients’, couples with investments exceeding £600,000, selected existing clients that we provide other services for, and nor existing clients (clause 6).
- Existing clients will be classified as any client holding money, or who has held policies with us, in the last 10 years. This is to prevent clients re-applying to join this service constantly renewing the 5 year period. This is therefore a one-off offer available to new clients only.
- Not all companies pay renewal commissions and some will not transfer servicing commissions to a new adviser. Therefore, Aisa Direct will rebate in full only those commissions we actually receive. The burden of proof will be on the individual client, in writing, if there is any doubt.
- Timings – You can request a rebate not less that 12 months apart, equating to once every year until the offer finishes.
- Timings – due to a delay in transfers often experienced due to provider issues, then the first request for a rebate cannot come until 12 months after completion of final transfer to ourselves. Final transfer may take several months after application.
- End of offer – the offer finishes 5 and a half years after initial application, or after 5 requests for a rebate have been received, whichever is the earlier.
- As per (1), if the £25 per individual has not been paid at the time the request is made, then no rebate for the previous 12 months will be forthcoming. To clarify each individual must pay £25 prior to applying each and every time for the rebate.
- Due to the complexity of tracking, any rebate given will be monies received by Aisa Direct in the previous 12 months only. Anything outside of the previous 12 months cannot be tracked and will not be rebated.
- Aisa Direct only administers the policies for you. We do not advise you on any aspect. If you forget to apply for a rebate then this in no way nullifies this contract – you have the right to ask for a rebate at any time which is in excess of 364 days from the previous time you asked for a rebate.
- We do not send reminders on this service – you are not paying us to do so. The charge of £25 is for administration purposes only.
- There are no special rates for couples. Each individual is charged £25 for their rebate on all the policies held only in that individuals name, subject to monies received (Clause 7).
- Aisa Direct do not provide any access to financial advisers with this service.
- Any other services listed on this website are paid for separately and at the published rate at the time.
- ANY REBATES RECEIVED BY CLIENTS ARE TAXABLE FOR INCOME PURPOSES. Individual clients are wholly responsible for declaring these income using self-assessment and Aisa Direct takes no responsibility for clients failure to correctly declare these incomes.
